Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Brandzos LLC (“Brandzos”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our websites, products, or services—including our eCommerce stores and SaaS platforms—you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the services.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve performance, security, or compliance.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the services, underlying technology, and content are owned by Brandzos or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us the rights necessary to operate and improve the services.
4. Third-Party Tools & Links
Our services may include integrations with or links to third-party platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of such tools is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies.
5. Sub‑Brands and eCommerce/SaaS Platform Access
Brandzos operates multiple sub-brands across eCommerce and SaaS. Access to a particular brand or product may be governed by additional brand-specific terms which supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, brand-specific terms will control for that brand or product.
6. Payment Terms
Fees for subscriptions, services, or products are set forth at checkout or in your service agreement and are payable via third‑party payment service providers and commerce platforms. You authorize us to share necessary billing, order, and account data with payment and fulfillment partners to complete your transaction. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying. Late or failed payments may result in service suspension.
7. Subscriptions & Renewals
Certain services are offered on a subscription basis and may renew automatically at the end of each term, as stated during checkout. You can cancel renewal in your account or by contacting support before the renewal date. Access to paid features will continue through the end of the then‑current billing period.
8. Refund Policy
Unless expressly stated in a brand- or product‑specific policy, all sales are final and non‑refundable. Your statutory rights (if applicable) remain unaffected. For concerns, contact support and we will review on a case‑by‑case basis.
9. Termination of Use
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, or risks to security or integrity. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, payment obligations) will survive.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandzos disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event will Brandzos, its affiliates, or personnel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the fees paid by you to Brandzos in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Unless otherwise agreed, disputes will be resolved in an appropriate forum located in Wyoming.
